A commercial and service project in the Al Shawqiyah neighborhood of Makkah, serving a high population density and including retail showrooms, restaurants, cafes and daily services targeting residents and visitors, with a focus on accessibility and a practical user experience.

A modern lifestyle destination in Madinah, seamlessly blending retail, dining, cafes, a cinema, a family entertainment center, and boutique hospitality, all within an urban plan that prioritizes public squares, vibrant hubs, and an exceptional visitor experience. A modern commercial complex in Jazan city, located between the Corniche and residential neighborhoods, combining retail outlets, restaurants and cafes, and major brands such as Lulu Hypermarket and Jarir, with a design that takes into account pedestrian traffic and the needs of families.
Buraydah
A lifestyle and community center in Buraidah, offering dining, retail and everyday services experiences in an open environment with a community plaza and outdoor activities that suit the nature of the area and serve the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods.
